How to register?

Download the mobile app for IPhone or Android and register in it, or on our website. You will need your phone number and email address to register.

What to do after registration?

You will receive an SMS from Velotown with the code. Immediately after paying the advance payment of 150 rubles, your card will be linked for further use of the bike rental. You can rent a Bicycle. Choose any bike at the bike rental station, enter your phone number and password on the handlebar, the bike will unlock and you can ride.

How Can I change my phone number in my merchant profile?

If the payment failed, what should I do?

check your balance on the card. Double-check whether you entered the code from the SMS from your Bank correctly. Try paying with a different card.

How can there be debt?

Rental arrears may occur if there is not enough money on your card or the Bank rejects the card payment. Then we will ask you to pay off the debt before you can use the rental service again.

Is a deposit required?

You don't need to leave a Deposit, but if you don't return the bike within one day, a fine will be deducted from the card 30 000 thousand rubles. Therefore, make sure that when you return the bike, you wait for a message about the successful completion of the rental.
